In her role as Director of Human Resources, Nicole brings over twenty years of extensive experience in human resources.  With experience spanning multiple human resource specialties, Nicole is a results-focused leader who delivers solutions that help harness the full power of the company’s most valuable assets – our people.  Nicole holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Shaw University and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
