HEALTHCARE DATA SECURITY
We prioritize data protection with built-in security across all our products. We contract with third-party security firms to conduct quarterly vulnerability scans and annual penetration tests. Our internal security includes third-party risk assessments by an external compliancy firm and quarterly administrative audits.

ENCRYPTION
We employ industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt data both in transit and at rest. Chordline Health utilizes NIST-approved ciphers and trusted TLS technology, including AES 256 encryption for data at rest. Uploaded files are securely stored and served via Amazon's S3 service.

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
We've established HIPAA-compliant policies and procedures to secure and back up your data. Our team, in collaboration with our healthcare cloud computing partner, regularly assesses security threats and implements updated measures to prevent unauthorized access and minimize downtime. Access to production systems and data is restricted to authorized members of the Chordline Health Technical team. Customer data is hosted exclusively in the United States.
