Termination and Return of Data Policy

Upon Termination the Customers transactional data will be provided in a sql backup format.  

Questions/Answers about Termination 

If I terminate my contract with ACUITYNXT, will I have an opportunity to download my data? 

Chordline, Account Management team will submit a ticket on behalf of your termination to extract data from your account. Once data has been extracted, you will no longer have access to your ACUITYnxt account or any ACUITYnxt services. 

What happens to my data after the actual termination date? 

Chordline will continue to retain the Customer’s data for an additional 30 days after termination date. 

During the 30-day Data Retention Period, will ACUITYNXT continue to maintain privacy, security and integrity of my data as defined by HIPAA? 

Yes, Chordline will continue to extend the protections of the BAA agreement during the data retention period. 

How will I receive my data from Chordline Health? 

Chordline will return your data to you by leveraging our standard file distribution
