Chordline Health Achieves World-Class Net Promoter Score

Wilmington, North Carolina (July 24, 2024) — Chordline Health, a leading provider of fully integrated workflow and analytics software designed by clinicians for managed care, has achieved a Net Promoter ScoreSM (NPS®) of 83. A commonly used, gold-standard measurement of customer satisfaction and loyalty, NPS rankings use real client feedback to measure and track customer experience. Chordline’s score of 83 qualifies the organization as “world class” for customer satisfaction and far outstrips the healthcare industry average NPS score of 38-58.

The high NPS score was achieved with positive feedback on Chordline’s clinician-designed products and excellent client service.
